Research software, with a hard paper-only boundary.

Thesis is built to improve review, not to remove judgment. Markets, data, models, and automated output can all be wrong. The product therefore keeps research provenance visible and current execution restricted to paper environments.

01

Paper execution only

Thesis does not execute live-money orders or move funds. Alpaca and accepted Interactive Brokers execution paths are confined to their paper environments. New user-owned Paper or funded IBKR connections remain read-only and cannot preview, place, change, confirm, or cancel orders.

Paper results are simulations. They may differ materially from live fills because of latency, liquidity, queue position, market impact, borrow, fees, and behavior under real financial pressure.

02

Decision support, not individualized advice

Public research explains a process and may use dated worked examples. It does not know a reader’s full objectives, financial circumstances, tax position, or constraints and is not a recommendation to buy or sell a security.

Users remain responsible for checking sources, market data, instruments, order details, risk, and suitability with appropriately qualified professionals where needed.

03

Model and data limitations

AI-assisted output, market data, company information, analyst views, and modeled payoffs can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. A linked source supports inspection but does not imply the publisher endorses Thesis.

Important facts should be checked against the current primary source and current broker data. Never rely on a screenshot or a historical example as a live quote.

04

Report a problem

Use the Contact page for a security concern, incorrect source, broken link, privacy request, or material correction. Do not include brokerage passwords, two-factor codes, private keys, or a full payment-card number.

A broader public launch remains subject to owner approval of legal identity, jurisdiction, and compliance language.
