Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thesis is currently free to join and does not require a payment card for current access. Because no fee is collected for current access, there is no current subscription charge to refund.

Thesis is delivered electronically. Account access begins after successful registration and any required account verification. No physical product is shipped.

If Thesis introduces a paid service, the checkout will identify the product, price, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, delivery timing, cancellation method, and refund eligibility before payment. The terms presented at that checkout will control that purchase.

You may stop using Thesis at any time. Use the Contact form to ask about account access, closure, billing, cancellation, or a charge you believe was made in error. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and a description of the issue. Do not send a full card number or brokerage credential.

Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times can vary after a refund is issued.
